Customer Success Specialist - Polish Market

Job Summary

Onboard and train newly signed restaurant partners to TheFork Manager, ensuring a smooth start and high product adoption. Partner with the Inside Sales team during pre-sales to provide product expertise and tailored solutions. After onboarding, act as the main point of contact for support and guidance to optimize TheFork Manager usage, while guiding partners through core features like booking widgets and availability setup. Proactively identify retraining opportunities, collect partner feedback to improve the onboarding flow, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments to inform stakeholders. This role requires fluent Polish and English skills, with a background in training or account management ideally in SaaS or hospitality. Fluency in Ukrainian, German, French, or Spanish is a plus. The position offers a permanent contract with flexible working arrangements, including two days home office per week and additional remote flexibility during summer and December.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in training, onboarding, account management or customer success roles
  • Fluent in Polish & English

  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex tools and engage a variety of customer profiles
  • Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about helping people succeed with technology
  • Proactive & resourceful, with a sense of ownership & adaptability
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving pilot context
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce
