Job Summary
Customer Success Specialist responsible for troubleshooting, ownership of cases, and educating clients on Solutionreach software. The role focuses on providing exceptional support to medical practices via phone, chat, and email, training clients on technology, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and knowledge of client product knowledge, architecture, and solutions. Key duties include responding to inbound client inquiries, resolving software issues on first contact, guiding customers to self-help options, and communicating with clients to tailor services to their practice needs. Requires 2+ years in technology with client service experience, proficiency with Windows environments, familiarity with databases, and strong English communication skills. Prior SaaS or healthcare technology experience is preferred, along with knowledge of PM/EMR/HER software and related medical software. The organization emphasizes work-from-home options and has global engagement through offices and remote environments.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in technology with additional client service experience
