Job Summary
Part-time Customer Success Specialist in London for a Europe-wide pet-insurance startup. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via chat, email, and phone; creating process documentation and service guides; collecting and sharing customer feedback with internal teams; proposing improvements to the customer journey based on insights; and taking on additional projects typical of a fast-growing start-up. Requirements: enrolled as a student for at least 2 more semesters; empathetic, positive, and communicative; passionate about pets (dogs & cats) and able to relate to pet owners; organized, proactive, and a great team player. Core hours are 5:00pm-8:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am-2:00pm on Saturdays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and optional remote work with monthly office visits. The role is hybrid remote in London, England.
