Job Summary
Account Manager role ensuring client satisfaction for Spreetail’s logistics services, bridging clients and operations through onboarding, relationship management, issue resolution, KPI monitoring, and contract/SLA management. Must communicate fluently in English and Mandarin and support global/international clients. Requires 2+ years in customer success, account management, or logistics, experience in 3PL/e-commerce/fulfillment/retail, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Remote-Europe eligible with multiple remote locations in Europe; full-time position emphasizing client outcomes, cross-functional collaboration, and performance reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or logistics customer-facing operations
- Experience in the 3PL, E-commerce, Fulfillment, and Retail industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
