Job Summary
As part of Malt's Operations Division, the Customer Activation Specialist is responsible for the successful and seamless operational launch of new client accounts during the acquisition pilots phase. You will set up companies so Malt can operate staffing and projects, onboard hiring managers, coordinate financing and system integrations, validate AR/PO processes and renewals, conduct product demos, formalize client-specific processes in Notion, and manage the handover to Global/Enterprise/Managed SMB administrators. You will empower client autonomy by educating clients on platform benefits, collaborate with Sales account executives, and identify opportunities to scale processes with automated solutions. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, excellent stakeholder management, and a focus on delivering a smooth client lifecycle from onboarding to handover.
Required Qualifications
- Background in Customer Experience Management, Operations, or Account Management
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with product demos
- CRM proficiency
- Notion knowledge or willingness to formalize processes
