Customer Success Specialist

Job Summary
Listen, teach, problem solve, and provide proactive recommendations to clients via chats, phone calls, and emails. Build trust and rapport by educating customers on product features, offering solutions to complex situations, and guiding inquiries from start to finish. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while managing multiple tasks effectively. Work remotely from anywhere in South Dakota, Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm CST, earning $20 per hour plus an internet stipend. This role supports Forge Trust's mission to empower investors with innovative self-directed retirement account options.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Success Professional
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent phone etiquette
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to solve complex problems from start to finish
- Independent thinking skills
- remote work capability with reliable internet connection and quiet, secure environment
- Monday – Friday schedule availability
- Hours 10:30 am to 7:00 pm CST availability
- operate a computer for 8 hours per day
- give and receive detailed information through verbal and written communication
- pass background checks including employment and education verification
- pass state and county criminal history searches
- pass fingerprint and drug test
