Job Summary
The Customer Success Specialist at FoodChain ID will provide exemplary customer service by responding to inquiries related to Testing services, ensuring customer needs are met through collaboration with internal teams such as the Laboratory and Sales. Key responsibilities include timely follow-ups, assisting Sales with quotations, and leveraging knowledge in a laboratory testing environment. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, time management capabilities, and experience in customer service. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates should ideally have experience in the food and feed industry, focusing on compliance testing.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant customer service experience
- Strong verbal and email communication skills
- Proficiency using computers for a variety of tasks including proficiency with Microsoft applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the food and feed industry, specifically related to compliance testing
- Testing experience related to supplements/botanicals, Hemp/CBD, sensory/shelf-life/challenge studies, authenticity, environmental, nutrient management, fuel, or cosmetic testing
