Job Summary
The Customer Success Specialist at BinSentry is responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting customers primarily in the Poultry sector to ensure retention and expansion of strategic accounts. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively deliver high-touch customer engagement, including monthly meetings and customized training. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management and will be adept at managing customer relationships and providing solutions that demonstrate value. Attention to building champion relationships within multi-level organizations and familiarity with agricultural supply chain processes will greatly contribute to success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience
- 3+ years managing a book of business greater than $1MM ARR
- Strong communication skills
- Insatiable hunger for helping People and Businesses succeed
- Experience in account management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the agricultural industry
- Familiarity with onboarding and training processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to present complex information simply
