Job Summary
Customer Success Specialist to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Primary point of contact to support customer business needs, build strong relationships, conduct regular service reviews, manage and drive renewals, monitor accounts, resolve complex concerns, and support customer engagement and marketing initiatives. Hybrid role based in Leeds (3 days in office) with responsibilities including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account activities; leveraging product improvements and industry insights; and contributing to KPIs and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years prior experience in customer facing and/or sales roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the corporate IT space, any experience with data backup or IT Managed Services Providers (MSP) is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM management programs, experience with ChurnZero and HubSpot is a plus
- Strong administrative technical skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
