Job Summary
Customer Success Specialist responsible for end-to-end renewal execution and relationship management within a high-volume account portfolio. Manage amendments, billing inquiries, and CRM data integrity; process downgrades; lead customer calls to drive renewal and retention; collaborate with CS team and escalate with Finance/Legal to overcome renewal obstacles. Contribute to campaigns and operational programs to boost retention and efficiency; maintain KPI performance for Net Revenue Retention, On-Time Renewal Rate, and task completion. Requires 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, strong English communication, and experience in a B2B SaaS/tech environment; proficiency with Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred; based in the Philippines with fully remote work and adherence to North America Central Time.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Sales, Support, or Customer Success)
- Demonstrated expertise in handling customer retention and managing escalations
- Strong comfort level conducting live customer calls and virtual meetings
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with professional presence
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight) preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Proactive, team-oriented, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to align with North America Central Time working hours
