Manage new restaurant partners from contract signing through successful go-live by supporting existing clients on optimal product usage, analyzing account data for optimization opportunities, and maintaining restaurant profiles and menus. Introduce new offerings such as YOYOPay and POS solutions while building long-term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset. Flexible start times between 09:00 and 10:00 with a base salary of 2.700€ plus uncapped commission.
