Job Summary
The Customer Success Specialist (Onboarding) ensures a smooth onboarding journey for new users of the platform, focusing on customer engagement. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, configuring the platform for customer needs, tracking onboarding progress, and identifying risks to adoption. The role requires strong communication skills, organization, and familiarity with SaaS platforms. A degree in Business Administration or a related field and 3+ years of experience in Customer Success are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, marketing, sales, computer science, or any other relevant area of study.
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a property manager or in a software company operating on a related field (property technology, access control or security)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CX/CRM software
