Customer Success Specialis

Cust Ops Krakow is part of the Shell Chemicals Commercial Operations that focuses on Best in Class Customer Service, delivering the Customer Promise and Operational, Supply and Logistics excellence. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships via proactive calls, collecting customer intelligence, executing and managing contracts (supplier workspaces, access for new Shell users, pre-award activities), and executing other operational support activities (Capture Synergy, Business Performance Review, Contract Management, KPI contributions). You will manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes (order capture, commitments, invoicing, cash collection, complaints, export-related issues), liaise with internal/external stakeholders, promote e-tools, maintain customer master data, ensure compliance and audit readiness, manage KPI scores for invoice accuracy and overdue performance, and support related transactional activities (POs, stock transfers, Goods Issue/Receipt) with vendors to derive value for Shell Chemicals. English proficiency at C1 level is required. Focus on adding value for customers/stakeholders, compliance with laws and standards, and continuous process improvement across commercial, logistic, supply, and finance interfaces.
