Job Summary
Conduct detailed investigations into customer end-to-end interactions, collaborating cross-functionally to drive resolution and ensure high satisfaction supporting seamless renewals. Achieve monthly renewal rate targets, cash collection goals through upsell and upgrades, and maintain a data-driven pipeline while prioritizing ticket resolution. Resolve complex issues and escalations for SME clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK, leveraging proprietary software and AI tools. Work with accounting, corporate secretarial, and product teams to improve renewal processes and share best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years experience as Sales, Account Management or Customer Success
- Role carrying sales target and customer facing abilities
- Located in Singapore or in the Philippines
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, fast paced setups in Singapore market
- Exposure to different culture because Sleek clients are from all over the world
- Ability to resolve issues by collaborating internally and externally
- Familiar with Tableau, Zendesk, Husbpot
- Experience handling complex customers and trouble shooting/escalations
- Proactive to take up new projects to completion
- Strong language proficiency in English
