Job Summary
Lead and coach Team Leaders across Spain, the UK, and France to design regional customer retention strategies, drive growth, minimize churn, and increase customer lifetime value for Booksy’s beauty and wellness entrepreneurs. Own and develop regional high-value customer lifecycle programs, collaborate with international teams, and guide retention-driven initiatives. Demonstrate strong data-driven decision making, monitor performance metrics, and lead strategic CS projects while actively participating in talent recruitment. Must communicate effectively in English and Spanish, with French being a bonus. This remote-first role may offer office access depending on market, and requires the ability to partner with global teams to optimize customer success outcomes.
