Job Summary
Customer Success Representative at roadsurfer responsible for personalized customer assistance, first-level support, and CRM/booking management across multiple stations. Key duties include guiding prospects and customers on RV rentals and services, handling inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues such as damage claims and equipment troubleshooting, coordinating bookings and subscriptions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer experience. Requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills in English, proficiency with Microsoft Suite, familiarity with CRM systems (Zendesk a plus), and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ minimum customer service experience
- Inbound/Outbound call experience desirable
- Strong written/verbal communication in English
- Multilingual a plus
- Knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Open availability including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Able to work remotely occasionally (as stated)
