Job Summary
Customer Success Representative at Orbus responsible for delivering high-touch, solutions-oriented support to Key/National and Core Accounts, handling quotes and orders, and driving account growth. Acts as a primary contact with the POD team, maintains accurate CRM/ERP records, and conducts proactive outreach to strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and encourage retention and repeat orders. Requires strong organizational skills, effective multi-tasking, data entry accuracy, and the ability to communicate professionally across calls and CRM-based emails. Training and culture-fit-focused onboarding are emphasized, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience and advance within the company.
Required Qualifications
