Job Summary
Assist customers via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails regarding airline services and queries. Maintain strong relationships through excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1) within a fast-paced environment. Utilize Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word, and type at 25 WPM. Operate an 8-hour daily shift Monday through Friday from 9am to 6:30pm. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)
- Good customer service skills from previous job experience
- Excellent communication skills – written & spoken in the required language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
- Word processing skills be able to type 25 WPM
