Job Summary

Customer Success Representative responsible for first-level customer support and CRM/booking management for roadsurfer’s Las Vegas service area. Responsibilities include guiding customers through RV rental offerings, answering inquiries by phone and email, handling damage claims and troubleshooting RV-related issues, coordinating bookings and cancellations, and collaborating with product teams and international stations to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Requires 2+ years of customer service experience, strong English communication, ability to work remotely with open availability including nights/weekends/holidays, and familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk or similar) and Microsoft Office. This role operates in a remote-friendly setup for Las Vegas residents with commuting distance to the Las Vegas station; salary is hourly $17-$20, converted to annual 35,360–41,600 USD. Required Qualifications

  • 2 years’ minimum customer service experience
  • Insta/phone-based customer support experience
  • Strong written/verbal communication in English
  • Multilingual a plus

  • Open availability including nights/weekends/holidays
  • Able to work independently and remotely
  • Customer service experience in car dealership/car rental/U-Haul a plus
