Renewals-focused Customer Success role managing a defined portfolio to renew NA support contracts, collaborating with Sales, Channel, and Operations; leverage Salesforce and Gainsight for renewal forecasting, contract data, quotes, and renewal execution; communicate contract coverage, renewal options, and timelines to customers and partners; identify renewal risk early and escalate for mitigation; contribute to a revenue retention strategy and improve the customer experience by reducing renewal friction.
