Job Summary
Customer Success/Product Manager responsible for owning critical initiatives in the cybersecurity domain, translating high-level goals into actionable deliverables with defined owners, timelines, and success metrics. Serve as the single point of accountability for escalations and strategic initiatives, collaborating with account management, product, and engineering to remove blockers and drive initiatives from kickoff to launch. Manage incoming requests, identify quick-win improvements, and optimize the product request management process while maintaining visibility across stakeholders. Develop deep product knowledge to anticipate issues and align solutions with customer needs, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to enforce commitments and deadlines. Requires 5+ years in project/product/customer success for SaaS enterprise products, proven ability to deliver outcomes in Ambiguous/high-pressure environments, strong prioritization, and effective communication across diverse audiences. Experience working with product and engineering teams, understanding organizational dynamics and power structures, and negotiating resources and priorities across functions. Bonus: cybersecurity/domain knowledge and familiarity with autonomous governance systems. Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, or customer success for SaaS enterprise products
- Strong prioritization skills
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and power structures
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS architecture and infrastructure (preferred)
- Background in customer support or customer success (asset)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
