Job Summary
Customer Success Partner role based in Sofia for Slovenian-speaking clients. Train on the product, assist customers with inquiries, guide on best use of the service, maintain high-quality case reviews, and support a multicultural, multilingual client base. Requires fluent Slovenian and English, tech curiosity, strong communication and empathy, and a willingness to relocate to Sofia with a relocation package including airport pickup, air tickets, hotel/accommodation allowance.
Required Qualifications

- Proficient in English (B2)
- Tech-savvy and curious about technology
