Job Summary
Customer Success Operations Specialist (CSOPS) to join Rain’s CSOP team. You will coordinate, support, and escalate issues between customers, users, and Rain internal teams; perform scheduled operational tasks; partner with Analytics & Insights to monitor issues; identify process improvements; create and improve standardized processes; contribute to internal/external training documentation; and support CSMs in identifying growth initiatives with Analytics & Insights. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B SMB or scaled customer success/sales, strong project management, relationship-building, and CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce), with FinTech exposure as a plus. The role emphasizes operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention/expansion efforts. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 total annual target (base $60k-$70k plus $70k-$85k OTE) with benefits and growth opportunities. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SMB or scaled in customer success, account management, or sales with a history of driving revenue through retention and expansion of existing customers
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize internal and external requests
- Demonstrated track record of successfully building relationships and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to measure, understand, and communicate business needs and impact to your customers
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing priorities or projects as the company scales
- Experience in FinTech is a plus
- Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
