Job Summary
Analyze customer bottlenecks to build automated solutions that reduce support needs, while guiding new clients through onboarding and digital process implementation. Proactively reach out to users to ensure full software utilization and serve as the primary problem solver via chat, email, or video calls. Collect market feedback to directly inform new feature development. Work remotely or from our Eilenriede location with flexible hours, collaborating closely with the founder and core team on building a KI-driven construction management startup.
Required Qualifications
- excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
- good English language skills
- ability to learn quickly
- ability to work with Cursor and modern AI workflows
- ability to speak and write in German
- ability to communicate with both tech-affine architects and pragmatic site managers
- ability to remain calm when three customers simultaneously request something
- ability to proactively reach out to customers
- ability to analyze where customers get stuck
- ability to build solutions with developers and AI tools
- ability to accompany new customers during onboarding
- ability to guide customers through digitalizing their processes
- ability to act as the first point of contact via chat, email, or video call
- ability to find quick solutions when issues arise
- ability to collect feedback for product development
- ability to work remotely or on workation
- ability to work directly with the founder and core team
Desired Qualifications
- background in Business Administration (BWL), Construction Engineering (Bauing), Architecture, or Communication
- passion for new technologies, apps, and AI
- understanding of how software works
