Senior Customer Success Operations Lead in NYC focused on launching and scaling an Enterprise CS function from the ground up with strong data focus. Responsibilities include building CS playbooks, onboarding and renewal workflows, driving data-backed storytelling in enterprise accounts, owning end-to-end CS data and reporting (SQL/BI dashboards), translating customer needs into clear engineering requirements, and automating high-friction CS workflows to scale.
