Job Summary
Own and drive end-to-end customer relationships with strategic accounts, building trusted partnerships with cross-functional executives to ensure satisfaction, renewal, and expansion. Serve as a strategic advisor by understanding customer business initiatives and leading performance improvements, while acting as an internal advocate to pull together teams for support. Execute consistent meeting cadences and annual Executive Business Reviews, collaborating with sales and professional services to foster revenue growth and drive adoption. Maintain awareness of retail trends and competitive offerings to identify operational improvements, meeting retention and growth goals across assigned customers. Requires 2-4 years of grocery retail experience, 30-40% travel, and proficiency with Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of combined grocery retail industry and account management or retail operational experience
- Strong communication, listening and presentation skills and the ability to resolve situations while attaining customer satisfaction at both executive leadership and project level audiences
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help customers reach their goals
- Enthusiastic, results-oriented and creative individual with solid organizational and collaborative skills and comfortable with a fast-paced growth company
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning, improvement and awareness of retail industry trends
- Attend all required meetings, training sessions, and company events
- Must be available for travel up to 30-40% of the time
