Customer Success Manager (team EMEA UK)

Job Summary
Own and nurture your own book of business by delivering consultative digital marketing guidance to advertisers, manage day-to-day communications, optimize campaigns and budgets, and collaborate with platform partners (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok) and cross-functional product teams to drive retention and growth. You’ll build strong relationships, translate data into actionable insights, and scale operations in a fast-paced online marketing environment from our London office in a hybrid role. 3+ years of paid digital advertising experience, strong English communication, ability to explain complex concepts clearly, and a proactive, collaborative mindset are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of paid digital advertising across platform partners
- Experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
- Proactive problem-solver with positive attitude and desire to help customers reach goals
- Comfortable addressing technical challenges and collaborating with technical teams
- Results-driven with bias for action and collaboration
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into actionable insights
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from London office 3 days a week
- Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events
- Previous knowledge of Smartly or similar players is a plus
