Job Summary
Partner with sales counterparts on prioritized customers to drive overall adoption, enhance success, and mitigate churn risk. Act as a trusted advisor to end users and management to ensure they leverage the solution for agreed operational priorities. Analyze engagement metrics and provide ongoing product education via the Learning Center. Provide best practices to drive user behavior, map Hiring solutions to existing workflows, and identify low utilization cases. Maintain industry knowledge to drive engagement on relevant features and interpret customer insights to influence product changes. Expedite technical and purchase escalations while documenting all communications accurately in system tools. This hybrid role requires 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in any of the following: Customer Success, Account Management/Sales, Consulting, Product Training and Enablement, Project Management, or Change Management
- Fundamental interpersonal skills, demonstrated by the ability to build authentic business relationships and effectively manage relational challenges
- Fundamental organization, project management, and time management skills
- Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify product or growth opportunities in service of customer value
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including expertise in presenting to both small and large audiences
- Fundamental understanding of Sales concepts and Software as a Service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
