Job Summary
Customer Success Manager (Spanish Speaking) at Orchard Robotics drives customer onboarding, deployment, and ongoing success across farms using our AI-powered ag-tech platform. You will own customer support, onboard new farm customers, develop and execute training procedures, and collaborate with sales, service partners, and field operations to ensure customers derive ongoing value. The role is hybrid with frequent travel to customer farms (primarily across Mexico, Latin America, California, and Washington), requires strong bilingual communication, experience in agriculture/agtech, proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and a proactive, problem-solving approach to help farms increase profitability and sustainability using FruitScope OS.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent/native experience in English and Spanish; agriculture/agtech experience; strong communication; ability to train and onboard customers; ability to work with ERP/CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce); willingness to travel frequently; prior experience in customer success or similar role; comfortable with hybrid work arrangements and field engagement with farms across multiple regions.
