Job Summary

First dedicated Customer Success hire for the Spanish market; own the full Spanish customer portfolio from onboarding through renewal with a retention-first focus and upsell potential. Build and monitor dashboards, own KPIs, and report on health and growth of the Spanish portfolio. Act as the single point of contact for Spanish customers and adapt the Italian playbook for Spain, localizing strategies for the Spanish market. Collaborate with Product and Marketing, bridge gaps between onboarding, support, and upsell opportunities, and drive a proactive, commercial CS motion in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years in Customer Success or account management, ideally SaaS/tech/software
  • Languages: native-level Spanish and fluent English; Italian a plus
  • CRM fluency; experience with HubSpot a plus
  • Commercial mindset with ability to upsell and expand accounts
  • Experience in onboarding, product expertise support, and customer feedback gathering
