Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, SMB/Enterprise based in Tokyo to work with top SMB/enterprise clients in the Japan market. Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, owning onboarding, training, engagement, adoption, and renewal efforts; build trusted advisor relationships; identify churn risks and upsell opportunities; leverage data-driven insights to drive client success; develop subject matter expertise across Similarweb solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize client value and retention.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a client facing customer success role, preferably in a SaaS company
- 3+ years experience in an analytical/consultative role in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, media planning)
- Solid understanding and experience in digital marketing
- Native level written and speaking Japanese
- Willingness to use English at work (read and spoken)
- Experience onboarding, training, and driving product adoption and renewals
