Job Summary
Customer Success Manager at Smartly.io responsible for managing a growing book of business, driving retention and growth across portfolio, serving as the main liaison between customers, partners (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok) and internal teams, delivering consultative guidance, shaping product feedback, and contributing to a world-class Customer Successorg. Requires 5+ years in customer success or similar, deep knowledge of social advertising, excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel. Hybrid role based in New York, NY with base salary between $75,000-$100,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
- Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc)
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events (when possible)
- Ability to translate data into insights
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
