Job Summary
The Smart Factory Customer Success Manager will own a portfolio of manufacturing accounts post-go-live, driving adoption of core Smart Factory modules through on-site engagement, training, and change management to deliver sustained ROI and protect/grow annual recurring revenue. Responsibilities include renewals and contract negotiations with the Account Management team, identifying expansion opportunities, coordinating multi-site deployments, building relationships with plant managers, CI directors, and executive sponsors, conducting regular business reviews with quantified value metrics, delivering product demos, collaborating with internal teams on projects, triaging technical and growth issues, and traveling up to 70% to oversee on-site activity and ensure time-to-value for new accounts. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline) or equivalent industry experience. Skills include exceptional communication across diverse audiences, facilitation of customer meetings, portfolio prioritization in a fast-paced environment, data-driven analysis, and experience with MES/SCADA/ERP systems; Lean Six Sigma training is a strong asset.
