Job Summary

Customer Success Manager for APAC based in Singapore who will own end-to-end relationship management and growth within the region. Build and execute strategic plans with key customer stakeholders, coordinate with sales and partner teams for seamless transitions, and ensure customers maximize value from Optro’s audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec SaaS platform. Lead regional training initiatives (webinars and community content), drive retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling, gather APAC-specific feedback for product improvements, and address customer challenges across time zones. The role requires a sole-CMS in the region, autonomous work style, ability to interface with C-level executives, and strong communication skills in a bilingual environment (Japanese and English preferred). Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, and GRC platforms is preferred, along with willingness to travel for regional needs, and a remote/hybrid work arrangement in Singapore.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in audit, risk management, compliance (GRC), or management consulting is highly preferred
  • Language & Culture: Professional fluency in Japanese and English preferred
  • Self-sufficiency: autonomous work style with minimal direction
  • Executive interface ability to engage with C-level executives
  • Technical proficiency with Customer Success tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience with GRC platforms preferred
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills across organizational levels
