Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of Series B+ tech clients, leading onboarding, API integrations with ATS/HRIS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday), and security reviews; develop success plans tied to hiring goals; train client teams to maximize Symbal’s AI Recruiters; analyze ROI metrics to demonstrate value and secure renewals; collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to drive adoption and upsell AI modules; bring 3–6 years in B2B SaaS Customer Success/Account Management/Implementation, with familiarity in rapid-growth tech environments, strong PM and cross-functional coordination, and a data-driven mindset; passion for AI and recruiting tech and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
