Job Summary

Customer Success Manager responsible for activation, retention, and expansion across a large portfolio of SMB customers at Rezdy, delivering value at scale through programmatic, scalable success motions, lifecycle campaigns, data-driven outreach, and cross-functional collaboration. You will design and run scalable customer success motions to help customers adopt key features, improve performance, and grow with our platform, while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and surface insights. The role emphasizes proactive lifecycle touchpoints, reducing churn, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting revenue growth through alignment of customer outcomes with product value. You’ll work with Support, Sales, Onboarding, Marketing, and Product teams to continually improve the customer journey and playbooks for scaled CS in travel/t tourism and SaaS contexts.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, marketing, sales, support, or a related customer-facing role
  • Experience executing or supporting customer outreach or lifecycle programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, data-informed, and comfortable managing a high volume of customers
