Job Summary

Customer Success Manager for Portugal responsible for leading the post-sale journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Partner with customers to embed Neara's digital twin technology into daily workflows (vegetation management, clearance analysis, CAPEX prioritization), bridge AI/Physics outputs to business outcomes, conduct QBRs, and maintain high-level relationships with DSOs/TSOs. Act as the voice of the Portuguese market, collaborate with EU Sales/Deployment/Product teams, monitor customer health and drive Net Revenue Retention through upsell opportunities. Travel 20-40%. Fluent Portuguese and English; 5-10+ years in Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management; background in Utilities/Infrastructure/Energy with GIS or Asset Management experience a plus; engineering SaaS familiarity welcome. Remote work option in Portugal; focus on securing long-term enterprise partnerships and shaping product roadmap.
