Job Summary
Customer Success Manager at Pluralsight responsible for engaging, retaining, and enabling customers to achieve business outcomes. Own accounts from onboarding to renewal, drive renewals and expansion opportunities, and act as a trusted adviser. Leverage data to measure customer health, product utilization, and ROI; interpret insights to guide corrective actions and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with account executives to ensure adoption of standard methodologies, forecast risk and renewal outcomes, and position accounts for growth. Requires experience with Gainsight and Salesforce, strong relationship-building with senior technology leaders, and the ability to operate in a remote environment with periodic on-site expectations within the US. Remote role with potential on-site days for those near the Westlake/Dallas, TX area; travel up to the needs of the business.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.com preferred
- Experience supporting global enterprise customers on SaaS and On-Premises solutions
- Experience building relationships with CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering and other senior technology leaders
- Strong understanding of software engineering development lifecycle and IT solutions
- Ability to articulate technical concepts and derive solutions
