Proficiency with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is required. Remote, U.S. client-hours alignment, with emphasis on retention and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango)
  • Strong presentation skills (QBRs, demos, client reviews)
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, drive renewals, and growth
