Customer Success Manager

Job Summary
Customer Success Manager / Account Manager role focused on owning client relationships, driving onboarding and product adoption, and protecting/growing revenue through renewals and expansion. Manage a portfolio of accounts (typically 20–40), conduct regular check-ins and strategic calls, coordinate with Product/Support for issue resolution, and lead initiatives like QBRs, playbooks, and client dashboards to improve health scores and outcomes. Proficiency with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is required. Remote, U.S. client-hours alignment, with emphasis on retention and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango)
- Strong presentation skills (QBRs, demos, client reviews)
- Proven ability to manage accounts, drive renewals, and growth
