Customer Success Manager

Job Summary
Own a portfolio of 20–40 customer accounts, lead onboarding and product adoption, monitor customer health, and drive renewals and expansion. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, conduct onboarding sessions and QBRs, coordinate with sales/support/product teams, and define success criteria and adoption milestones to ensure customers realize value and ROI. Leverage tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango to track health and enable upsell opportunities, while maintaining strong account visibility and driving long-term retention and growth. Remote-friendly role with direct ownership of renewal timelines, expansion pipelines, and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles
- Experience managing customer relationships and driving renewals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to lead quarterly business reviews and customer trainings
- Strategic account management and organizational skills
