Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the relationship with a portfolio of approximately 100 customers, driving their adoption of Paperless Parts features to maximize value and ensure customer retention and expansion. You will establish trusted advisor relationships, manage renewals and retention efforts, and identify opportunities for customers to benefit from additional functionalities. You are expected to analyze business objectives, measure success against goals, and forecast renewals and churn effectively. Experience in managing technical customer success, a background in manufacturing, and the ability to learn software products deeply are key requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing revenue retention and product adoption in a technical customer success role
  • Background in manufacturing, particularly in custom part or contract manufacturing
  • Understanding of Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, Additive processes
  • Ability to analyze business objectives and implement strategies using software
  • Track record of managing customers to business objectives and demonstrating ROI
  • Experience forecasting customer expansions and churn
  • Proven ability to learn software products in-depth for coaching purposes
