Job Summary
Customer Success Manager in Lehi, UT who will own post-sales client relationships, drive onboarding and product adoption, train clients on software features, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales to drive renewals and upsells. Responsibilities include proactive client care, monthly touchpoints, quarterly business reviews, and acting as a client advocate for product feedback. Requires 2+ years in customer success in tech, deep knowledge of property management software, strong communication and project management skills, ability to travel as needed, and in-office presence five days a week.
