Job Summary
Customer Success Manager I responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Diligent customers in New South Wales. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate onboarding and ongoing customer success activities, manage renewal processes, and identify growth opportunities through upsell/cross-sell while collaborating with Sales, Implementation, Services, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Ensure adoption and product usage through effective coordination with implementation teams, drive customer advocacy initiatives, and deliver a best-in-class experience across the customer lifecycle. Preferred candidates will have enterprise account management experience, familiarity with SAAS and Salesforce, strong communication/presentation skills, problem-solving ability, resilience, and a solution-focused, technology-minded mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Build and maintain direct client relationships with key stakeholders and retain those relationships.
- Experience with managing a large portfolio of demanding corporate customers.
- Some experience in enterprise level account management (preferably in SAAS).
- Some experience in Salesforce or Sales CRM applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about client needs.
- High resilience and positive attitude in adversity.
- Passionate about technology with a solution-centric mindset.
