Job Summary
Customer Success Manager responsible for maximizing sales of document storage, electronic document management, data storage, pathology storage and shredding services to existing clients in the NYC area. Key duties include upselling to assigned client base, qualifying and developing leads into opportunities, articulating the value proposition to multiple organizational levels, developing business cases and proposals, negotiating terms and closing sales, maintaining knowledge of industry trends and customer requirements, and participating in professional organizations. Strong emphasis on consultative sales, relationship building, and effective communication with C-level contacts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong relationship building skills
- Proven record of exceeding quota in previous positions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Technical awareness — can confidently converse with C-level contacts
- Independent thinker
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Driven to succeed and excel, with a passion and enthusiasm for the business
