Job Summary
Customer Success Manager role focusing on growing a named portfolio through proactive, relationship-driven account management. You will serve as the single point of contact for accounts, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer adoption of NinjaOne solutions while protecting and expanding profit. Responsibilities include growing your book of business, engaging accounts regularly, documenting activities in Salesforce, forecasting opportunities, and keeping stakeholders informed. Must demonstrate strong consultative communication, ability to influence customers, resilience in escalations, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Requires extensive IT knowledge and a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
