Job Summary
Customer Success Manager responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth as the primary post-sales contact. Guides customers through onboarding and implementation, develops tailored success plans to maximize ROI, monitors engagement and usage metrics, collaborates with Product/Engineering/Sales to address needs, conducts strategic reviews, and identifies opportunities for upselling and service expansion while acting as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in SaaS or ecommerce environment (customer success, account management, or client services)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Technical aptitude in ecommerce platforms, AI technologies, or data-driven solutions
