Job Summary
Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers by acting as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor to maximize the value of Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and X3CloudDocs. Lead regular customer reviews to identify opportunities, manage risks, and develop action plans that drive retention and growth. Support new customer onboarding, ensure smooth adoption of additional modules, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen partnerships. Collaborate with Sales, Consultancy, Support, and Development teams to deliver an exceptional experience while championing the customer voice through feedback and trend analysis. Monitor customer health and satisfaction using CRM metrics to maintain accurate records. This role requires a commercially aware, proactive individual with experience in ERP solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role within the software, ERP or technology sector
- An understanding of business processes and ERP solutions, ideally Sage X3, Sage Intacct or similar business software
- A full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and events
- Applicants must possess the required work permit, visa or immigration document to work in the UK on an unrestricted basis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience of project management, business development, the Sage partner channel or working with SME businesses
- A degree in Business, IT or a related discipline
- Professional certifications in Customer Success or ERP solutions
