Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for MuleSoft in Public Sector/Federal Civilian ensures high-value customers achieving ROI with Signature Success Plan; acts as trusted advisor aligning technical and business priorities, manages stakeholders, drives adoption of MuleSoft features, tracks usage metrics, conducts enablement sessions, and drives renewal/expansion; builds executive relationships and ensures platform value across Gov't agencies such as Health & Human Services, Commerce, and Transportation; role emphasizes customer accountability, lifecycle management, and delivering strategic success plans with cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or related fields
- Strong consulting skills, ability to drive business value, facilitate discussions, handle objections, and influence C-level conversations
- Excellent communication skills; translate technical concepts into business terms
- MuleSoft Integration certifications; 3-4 years experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Familiarity with API lifecycle, REST APIs, API security; experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform modules (Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Design Center)
- Preferred: office-flexible role with in-office presence 3 days/week
