Customer Success Manager

Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for the GCC region who will be the first point of contact for enterprise accounts, owning the customer success program, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. You will collaborate with sales and regional technology partners, maintain Dynamics 365 CRM records, prepare KPI reports, and ensure client satisfaction. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with the ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams in a hybrid, full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Knowledge of IT products and services and experience managing enterprise accounts are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in customer success lead role or managing enterprise accounts
- Fluency in Arabic and English along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
