Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for mid-market accounts in London, owning a high-volume book (~80 accounts, ~$2M ARR) and driving retention and expansion. You will hold renewal conversations, surface expansion opportunities, onboard and activate customers with Solution Engineering, and engage in technically credible discussions with ML/AI product buyers and ML teams. You’ll work cross-functionally with AE partners, SEs, and Product, manage renewals and forecast next 6 months, and contribute to playbooks while operating hybrid from the London office. This role emphasizes ownership of the customer relationship, renewal-driven revenue, and expansion signals across diverse industries, with a focus on YOLO computer vision deployments and related AI use cases.
